Our Substation Roller Shutter Doors are purpose-designed and manufactured specifically for electrical transformer stations and substations. Built to comply with all major electricity supply authority specifications — including Eskom, Metropolitan and local Municipality requirements — these doors provide a superior, code-compliant alternative to traditional wooden substation doors.

Constructed from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanised steel slats and treated to the highest anti-corrosion standard (hot-dip galvanising per SABS 1461, plus electro-plating and epoxy coating), these doors are built to withstand the harshest outdoor environments.

An approved 3-point locking system provides enhanced tamper resistance and security for substations in public or remote locations. The weatherproof design ensures reliable operation regardless of exposure to rain, UV or extreme temperatures.

Available in 22 UV-resistant colours across three finishes — Matt, Gloss or Hammertone — and custom-fabricated to fit each substation’s specific opening dimensions. SABS certified and ISO 9001:2015 compliant.
