Mobile Yard Ramp

The Mobile Yard Ramp is designed for operations that do not have a fixed loading dock and require a flexible, movable solution for loading and offloading vehicles. This unit allows a forklift to enter the back of the vehicle quickly and safely, avoiding the cost of raising warehouse floors or constructing permanent dock infrastructure. Because it is not attached to the building, it is particularly valuable for rented premises and can be moved between sites when needed.

The ramp features fully adjustable telescopic legs to match the height of different vehicles. Two independent hinged lips connect the ramp to the back of the truck, absorbing the vehicle’s natural movement during loading. The ramp can also be supplied with a dockleveller built into the top section if required.

The latest design includes a 10 mm solid deck plate supported by the main superstructure, with a non skid expanded metal surface. This provides far greater strength and traction than older grating based decks, eliminates rutting, and offers improved grip in wet conditions. The unit remains simple to operate, easy to move and requires minimal maintenance.
