Gas Tight Doors

Gas Tight Doors are designed for controlled environments such as fruit ripening chambers, cold stores and specialist storage rooms. These doors offer reliable gas retention, precise environmental control and durable construction suitable for facilities that require strict atmospheric conditions. Gas tightness is achieved through multi-flap perimeter gaskets, specialised panel connections or flexible sealing systems depending on the chosen model.

This product range includes three variants to suit different spatial constraints and operational needs: Gas Tight Panel Doors constructed from insulated sandwich panels, Gas Tight Flex Doors using a rolling PVC and polyurethane leaf, and Gas Tight Sectional Doors for applications requiring standard overhead track configurations.

Temperature Controlled Doors

Temperature Controlled Doors provide reliable thermal separation for cold rooms, chilled zones, ripening facilities and internal temperature controlled partitions. These doors are engineered to maintain stable environmental conditions, minimise condensation and reduce energy loss across a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.

The range includes two specialised models: Iso Roll Doors which use a flexible insulated curtain system for internal zones with high temperature differences, and Iso Therm Doors which are rigid insulated sectional doors designed for deep freeze and temperature-sensitive storage environments.
