Overview

The Blockcurtain E 120 is a mobile, partially flexible fire curtain that guarantees integrity and resistance to hot gases. Tested at 1000°C for 120 minutes (E 120 classification), it provides reliable building compartmentalisation in commercial and industrial settings. The gravity fail-safe system ensures deployment even on power loss.

Key Features

  • Gravity fail-safe — no power required for emergency deployment
  • Single-module design ensures complete seal with no gaps
  • Fiberglass fabric reinforced with steel cables for strength and flexibility
  • Polyurethane coating on both sides for durability
  • Counterweight bottom bar keeps curtain taut during deployment
  • Available in custom sizes to fit any opening width or height
  • Custom RAL powder coating on request

Applications

Ideal for commercial and industrial buildings requiring smoke and hot gas containment without full thermal insulation — department stores, warehouses, factories, airports, hospitals, schools, and shopping centres.
