The Megapack® Fold-Up Door is engineered for the largest and most demanding industrial openings — hangar doors, large warehouse bays and heavy industrial facilities where substantial logistical movements require fast, reliable closure systems.
The double-sheet structure consists of polyester panels covered with PVC, supported by aluminium horizontal bars designed for wind resistance and hot-dip galvanised steel columns sized to withstand local wind loading conditions. Each panel section is independently replaceable if damaged, minimising repair costs and downtime.
Double ogive profiles at the ends of each horizontal bar ensure a reliable seal at the side channels. The system is driven by 380V three-phase ventilated brake motors with flexible couplings — delivering reduced friction, quiet operation and energy-efficient cycling.
Door dimensions and structural specifications are customised to each installation’s geographic wind conditions, ensuring compliant performance for every site.
