Pack® High-Speed Folding Door — Built for Demanding Industrial Environments
The Pack® Fold-Up Door is a premium high-speed folding system engineered for large industrial openings where standard roll-up doors cannot cope with the structural or operational demands. The PVC curtain — reinforced by steel bars — is rated for wind resistance up to 160 km/h and can operate under pressure/vacuum conditions of up to 120 km/h, making it the door of choice for airports, hangars, ports and composting facilities.
The belt-driven lifting mechanism with dual motor system ensures perfectly balanced operation across the full width of the door, stacking overhead in a compact profile. Sealed conical guide tracks deliver airtight operation, while the photocell detection system and manual chain release mechanism provide both safety and operational redundancy.
The Pack® is particularly suited to environments where overhead crane access is required — the folded door stack clears the full opening width, allowing suspended loads and crane bridges to pass without obstruction.
