DynamicRoll® Frigo 1 & Frigo 1 AIR — High-Speed Freezer Doors
The DynamicRoll® Frigo 1 is a high-speed self-repairing door engineered for cold storage and freezer environments operating between −18 °C and +20 °C. Its innovative design minimises ice and condensation formation, improving both visibility and safety while dramatically reducing defrost maintenance requirements.
Each curtain incorporates 18 mm thick PE insulating strips within the PVC fabric, achieving a thermal U-value of 2.2 W/m²K. At opening speeds of up to 1 m/s, the door limits the duration of each opening cycle, preserving internal temperatures and reducing energy consumption.
The self-repairing curtain system automatically repositions after impact — eliminating manual intervention and reducing downtime. Rated for over 1,000,000 operating cycles, the Frigo 1 is built for the demands of high-frequency cold storage access in food processing, logistics and distribution environments.
The Frigo 1 AIR variant adds an integrated air barrier that maintains separation between cold and warm zones during operation, further reducing energy loss during high-frequency access periods.
